How It Works

  • Why 23 hours instead of 24?
     

    Because last-minute things happen. Bad WiFi, login issues, life.
    A little extra might make a difference.

    If you cancel between 23 before the tour, you’ll still receive a full refund. No questions asked.

  • Cruise passengers receive extra protection. Even though changes are rare, things can happen.
     

    If your ship does not dock at the port where you booked your tour, you may be eligible for a full refund. Here’s how it works:
     

    A. Let us know as soon as possible. This helps us take action quickly.
    B. If your ship goes to a different port, we will try to arrange a variation of the tour from there.
    C. If we cannot offer an alternative, or your port day turns into a sea day, you will receive a full refund.

    We closely monitor your cruise ship’s schedule and adjust when needed, so you can relax and enjoy the day.
     

    In the rare case of unexpected delays:
     

    • We assist in arranging transport to the next port

    • If the delay is caused by our tour and guide instructions were followed, we may help cover related costs, up to €500 per person
